Carry identity proof, address proof, date of birth proof, passport size photo, and an active mobile number. For corrections, bring your existing PAN details and the document supporting the change.
Bring your Aadhaar number and original supporting documents for the update required. Some updates may require biometric verification or an appointment at an authorised Aadhaar centre.
Keep your age proof, address proof, existing license if any, mobile number, and required vehicle category details ready. Test slots and approvals are handled by the official transport department.
